Our Purpose
Our aim is to help as many people as possible in the best way possible. We are committed to ensuring that whatever the outcome of this process is, that it does not do any harm to those affected.
It is important to note that our team and moderators are entirely independent from the claim and hearing functions of the CervicalCheck Tribunal. This is a standalone service and there is no necessity for a woman or her family to have made a claim to the CervicalCheck Tribunal in order to take part in this process.
